The following is the learning assumed to be in place:

• Learners accessing this Qualification will have demonstrated achievement of outcomes in Property and Real Estate Qualification - National Certificate in Property Practice at NQF Level 4 or equivalent.
• This implies that you must have already completed the NQF4 qualification and your certificate MUST be included in your POE when you submit it for assessment.
• If you have already submitted your NQF4 POE  and are currently still waiting for your certificate, please contact us to see if you will be eligible to commence with the NQF5 in the meantime.
• Learners accessing this Qualification will have demonstrated achievement of outcomes in Language/communication and Mathematics/numeracy at NQF level 4 or equivalent.
• SA Matric Certificate. (NQF4 qualification will also suffice)

Who This Course Is For

This course is designed for experienced property practitioners who already hold or have completed an NQF4 real estate qualification (National Certificate in Property Practice) and wish to further their real estate career by completing the NQF5 qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

As part of the qualification and training requirements for property practitioners, among other things, they must obtain the Real Estate qualification, namely FETC: Real Estate NQF5. This can be obtained via RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning), which is a self-study process.
