Introduction to Intern Logbook Workshop

The Intern Logbook for Candidate Property Practitioners is compulsory to complete during the first 12 months, but not later than 24 months after obtaining an FFC for the first time.

This 109-page document provided by the PPRA is self-explanatory, but for most property practitioners a nightmare to figure out.

In this course you will learn the logbook, the contents thereof, information of the industry including background and overview, activities that should be undertaken during the logbook period and required evidence that should be submitted in the logbook.

You will also learn how the requirements of the logbook can be executed in a practical way by first understanding the sections of the logbook, then instructing how it can be divided in daily, weekly and monthly activities. By approaching the activities in this way, the Intern will be able to complete the logbook in a year without stressing whether it will be sufficient and correct.

During this course, the contents is explained in lay-mans terms, with practical tips on how to start assembling the logbook, what handy tools to use and a practical guideline on how to approach the process from day one. Various examples of documents and notes are also made available to the learner. The learner can also review and watch the video recordings repeatedly, until they are confident to complete the logbook.
