As part of the qualification and training requirements for property practitioners, among other things, they must obtain the Real Estate qualification namely FETC: Real Estate NQF4. This can be obtained via RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning), which is a self-study process. In this course, there are 3 introductory/explanatory videos explaining the process by discussing:

  1. Induction Guide
  2. NQF Overview
  3. POE Guide

Relevant information guides on above topics are also provided. The learner will, when purchasing the course, be provided with an enrolment form to register at the regulatory bodies, and which will be used to determine certain exemptions that the learner may qualify for, as well as the choice of elective Unit Standards to complete. After perusing the documents provided by the learner, an Assessor will schedule a telephonic session or send an email to the learner informing him/her of the exemptions and elective unit standards, and the deadline for submission of the POE. The relevant learning material, as well as fillable PDF documents will be provided to the learner after this, enabling him/her to complete his/her POE for assessment.
