PDE-4 Preparatory Workshop

The PDE-4 exam is the final step for Candidate Property Practitioners, after they have successfully completed, submitted, and received confirmation of the Intern Logbook, obtained the official Real Estate Qualification – FETC: Real Estate NQF4 and was certified or received an LA-Letter, and have completed a 12-month Internship with a valid FFC.

During this course, a pre-recorded training session with knowledgeable facilitators is presented supported by video recordings, training notes and slides, and summaries of everything necessary to prepare and write the exam.

The course consists of 6 video sessions, each explaining different sections of the study material and exam format.

Handy exam tips are shared, for example, the time limits on every section of the exam.
