PDE-5 Preparatory Workshop

The PDE-5 exam is the next step for Principal Property Practitioners after they have successfully registered as a Principal a registered Business Property Practitioner at the PPRA. During this course, a pre-recorded training session with knowledgeable facilitators is presented supported by video recordings, training notes and slides, and summaries of everything necessary to prepare and write the exam.

To become a registered Principal of Business Property Practitioner, a Property Practitioner will already have completed all the requirements for a full-status Property Practitioner, with a logbook submitted, NQF4 qualification obtained, PDE-4 exam passed, and the NC: Real Estate qualification NQF5 obtained.

The course consists of 6 video sessions, each explaining different sections of the study material and exam format.

Handy exam tips are shared, for example, the time limits on every section of the exam.
